Skins Rookies Are Unaware of The Posse

Malcolm Kelly and Devin Thomas are pleased to meet the Redskins faithful:

Of course Art Monk + Gary Clark + Ricky Sanders = The Posse. I know that because I had a Posse poster in my bedroom. It was a picture of the trio, each with a horse, posed in front of the Capitol at night, and I’d pay good money to still have that priceless piece of wall art.

And of course it’s understandable that these new guys would be unaware, considering they were ankle-biters when the Posse rode high. Hopefully they, alongside Santana and Randle El, earn a nickname all their own that obnoxious fans of tomorrow can berate next generation’s rookies with.

D.C. sports fan and digital media guy that's been doing this since 2004. Once threw a football further than Chris Cooley.

I think you would’ve been better suited with the poster of the movie, ‘Posse.’

Better than “The Three Amigos.” I mean, Ricky Nattiel? Seriously?

Can’t expect young kids not of this area to know what or who the Posse is. That being said I can’t wait for Posse verson 2.0!

    Who didn’t have that poster?

@NTPNate, the Three Amigos were the worst. I never understood what they did to deserve a nickname. Three Amigos the movie, on the other hand, is a personal favorite.

@Unsilent Majority, if it was so popular why can’t I find it on the internet?

This does not surprise me at all. I have it form a very reliable source that both Malcom Kelly and Devin Thomas are Cowboy fans!!

There are a lot of old posters I’d like to locate. Damn masking tape ruined my childhood memories.
