“Hopefully into the future.” I love that part. Also, Vinny lies.

Interpretation: Hey Zorn – you big fat pussy! Quit! Otherwise we will continue to dole your responsibilities out to bingo-callers and give your parking space to the janitor, all while we continue to tout you as our fearless leader (haha, pussy). Oh, also, your wife, mother, and daughters are all whores. In closing, stick around pussy, we dare you.

Man, if only we had fired Zorn right then and there (as in at the time that that pictures was taken and he said that burgundy and black nonsense) we could have avoided this whole debacle.

The best thing for all of us at this point is for them to lose the rest of their games. Sit Cooley, Moss, London, and any other players of value who still have years on their contracts. Run Devin Thomas over the middle every third down. If we go 2-14, then maybe Danny will have to start thinking about firing Vinny.

Obviously, I don’t want them to lose every game. But I agree: The only good that can come of this season is getting Snyder to finally fire Cerrato.

I wouldn’t be surprised if this is Vinny continuing his role as Snyder’s mouthpiece/lackey. Although this time he may be signing his own death warrant.
This could be Snyder’s first attempt at wooing Shanahan into a GM/Coach/both position. They have had a relationship for years and Snyder has already been in contact with him this season, whether he admits it or not. We all know Danny is itching for a big name coach and Shanahan certainly fits that bill.
Shanahan’s response to questions regarding the Skins job were that he wouldn’t take control of a team during an ongoing season as there is little difference he could make (prove him wrong Sherm!)
Anyway that combined with Shanahan’s what I would assume be desire for control anywhere he goes may play into this “backing” of Zorn.
Danny tells Vinny to publicly state Zorn is the coach for the rest of the season to:
a) Prove to Shanahan he is capable of not acting impulsively like a tyrannical dictator.
b) Show that he can stay hands off.
c) Follow what was essentially indirect advice from Shanahan further illustrating he is willing to change.
We all know Danny LOVES to undermine everyone in his organization. It looks like Vinny may finally have an “extra set of eyes” on him.
While Shanahan may not be the best GM, I’d certainly take him, or anyone other than Vinny heading into an uncapped year.

Cerrato should get a nobel peace prize
