    He was a little before my time, but Earl Weaver has always been my favorite manager. Because who doesn’t love three-run homers and shit like this?

    He died yesterday at the age of 82. May he rest in a peaceful place, without umpires or sacrifice bunts, and with all of the pitching and defense.
