Terps To The B1G Is Happening

So says ESPN college football reporter Brett McMurphy. More to come, but read Testudo Times for now on why this is a good thing for Maryland.

The biggest winners are Big Ten alums who live around here. Maryland should sell some more tickets to visiting fans for a while too. I’m sure make fans buy a non-con ticket along with the Penn State ticket every other year.

The people whining about this move for lack of tradition are the same people who haven’t been going to Maryland games anyways.

Maryland will be everyone’s homecoming game now.

The whole Pitt as a Maryland rival didn’t help matters much.

It will probably help the gate at the football games, but only with the opposing teams fans.

It will probably not help Maryland lacrosse at all. I didn’t play lacrosse in High School, cause I made the baseball team.
