Tomas Vokoun’s Amazing Save
By Jamie Mottram | February 1, 2012
My Twitter feed almost imploded last night when Tomas Vokoun made this game-saving, um, save, which was kind of cruel considering I couldn’t watch the game here in Wilmington, NC.* But here it is, thanks to the Internet, namely Caps Insider, Russian Machine Never Breaks and SB Nation D.C. You guys are just the greatest guys.
Update: This Matt Hendricks goal, also from last night, is terrific.
* Since I’m out of market all Caps games on Comcast SportsNet are blacked out for me, and I didn’t realize this one was on Versus NBC Sports. Damn it.

Vokoun’s good at making routine saves look tough. That was an above average save, but LeCavieler had nothing on it.
I miss Varly.
