That’s an actual tweet from an actual Redskin (via @recordsANDradio). Of course, it’s also a lyric from the Lil Wayne song “Gonorrhea.” Context which may have been wise for Mr. Banks to provide.

blowing is also used for when someone is annoying you.
If someone asks you how you feel, you can say that you’re “blown”, insinuating that you feel down. Or you can say that someone is causing you to feel “blown” or is actively “blowing” you.
This article is just something else to instigate people into making ignorant comments.

The “like a band horn” line invokes imagery of a physical interaction. Some mouth-on-piece action, if you will. If BB meant that this girl was making him feel sad, he would have said something like “she blowing me like an autumn breeze.” So, sonnyboy, I respectfully disagree.

You have every right to disagree. I understand that someone would need to have a grasp of current rap culture/lyrics and whatnot to “get it”.
I also understand that this headline will grab way more attention, albeit negative, than what the true nature of his tweet is.
I don’t know this cat, I’m just calling it for it is.

I think that it could go either way. Poor word usage on his part if he was trying to be clever, especially being under the microscope that he’s under.
Regardless, it shows just how starved everyone is for NFL “news”.

I wouldn’t say he is under a “microscope” like some Hollywood A-lister. Whatever (relatively little) scrutiny he receives as a Redskins return specialist probably doesn’t exist for him in the offseason. Which makes it more likely that we could see tweets about getting head. I don’t have the time or inclination to do a study, but I bet a vast majority of the stupid shit athletes say on Twitter comes during the offseason with more downtime, less of a spotlight, and no doubt plenty of “dates.” Gilbert Arenas (anti-women tirades), Rashard Mendenhall (pro Al-Qaeda), Dwight Howard (announcing his dump), etc.
