E-mail from co-worker (Titans fan):
I been saying it all along, the redskins aren’t as talented as you guys think! Seriously, Only this are seems to think “We have the most talented team in the NFL, we just aren’t playing well” Delusional!!!! You guys aren’t even close to being the most talented team in the NFL, I’d say the same thing if you guys were winning. Skins aren’t even the most talented team in your division!!! It’s only the local people thinking so high of the skins on paper. You guys have NO #1 WR’s (Moss, Randell El SLOT receivers on just about any other team) Kelly and the other bum, nothing really needs to be said about them (L) Yea, I know, Moss had a big game, big deal, how many bad ones has he had?... Cooley, good respectable TE, I’ll give you that. Campbell (GARBAGE!!!!) Portis, always hurt ALWAYS!!!, and no burst, can’t really break away even when healthy. They have tried making him a power back and give him way too many carries (over the years) when truth be told he came to the broncos as a FAST small/under sized RB, you guys made him gain weight (mostly in his neck) and have warn him out and slowed him down. Your Line speaks for itself. FB can’t catch, and is wayyyy to strong to miss as many blocks as he does.

Your D, wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy Overated!!!! The only reason you guys stay in the top 10 on Defense is because you guys play soft coverage and make teams drive slowly running and throwing underneath which still results in scores, but takes allot longer which shortens the game and gives the opposing teams offense less possessions to score in. No good corners, please don’t talk about Smoots, or even Hall, why you think the Raiders cut him (THE RAIDERS!!!) Landry’s decent, but he’s not a big play maker, he’s the kind of guy that makes the tackle after the catch, sometimes breaking the play up, but not a Ed reed, Polomalu, Griffin kinda guy that goes for the ball. Your LB can’t cover accept Fletcher, he’s always been good, but he’s under sized and getting up there in age. Arackpo, HA, he’s only good for blitzing! Your D line is Garbage, and like I said Haynesworth is out of shape, ALWAYS GETS HURT!!! (NEVER PLAYED A FULL 16 GAMES IN HIS CAREER) WAYYYYYYYYYYY OVER PAID!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your coach, owner, and GM, just talk to any Skins fan about them, no need for me to indulge. FYI- No one on that team is a Household name besides Portis and maybe Moss, they aren’t nationally known Super stars or labeled as talented in the national media, only in the DC area!

That Skins loss to the Lions really wasn’t that big of a surprise or an upset outside of DC, only you guys were “shocked”.

There was more to it but I didn't want to fill up your entire comment page. This guy is just blown because the Titans are 0-3.

Losers-- IAEA for not coming up with a better ID bracelet letting us know that Zorn's radioactive (in the bad way, not the cool I-shoot-lasers-from-my-eyes way).

Keeping things consistent just for consistency's sake is just as pointless as making change for change's sake. The question is, can Zorn develop into a good coach or is he a lost cause.

I've decided that I'm going through the 5 stages of grief (denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance) with this team and reached #4 yesterday. Wonder when #5 will come.

Loser-Greg Blache. Made Stafford look like Peyton Manning out there.

Me-For spending the offseason reading Redskins.com and all these other skins blogs and giving a much bigger shit about this team then the players do.

Me again-for spending 150 bucks to go see this team in Charlotte in a couple weeks. Delhomme will probably look like Tom Brady against us, we will probably save Fox from getting canned.

Me, 1 more time-For watching the Detroit game sober.

Winners:
Me-for not paying DirecTV 300 bucks for the NFL package this year to be able to catch the skins games.

Think Gibbs will be up for one more go?

Brian Billick- He had a few snags but I'd say that he is at least an above average color guy. Think about how shallow the talent pool is for color guys.

Are we officially rooting for the team to implode and force the front office to trade away aging vets for picks? At what point do we start rooting for a failure just to shake up this organization?

Zorn is going to take a deserved pounding this week but Greg Blatche and the defense need to be talked about at some length as well. There is no way, no way, a rookie QB should be that effective against any supposedly top-tier defense. You think Stafford does anything against a Rex Ryan-coached team? No, they'd blitz him and put him under pressure. We don't do that. And it sucks.
