Recommended: The Sun’s Looking Glass

The Sun’s nascent Toy Department blog lost a key figure when new WaPo Skins reporter Rick Maese was laid off in the O’s press box not long ago, but it keeps on keepin’ on, especially with this rad “Through the Looking Glass” series of vintage Baltimore sports pics. Case in point, here’s a 20-year-old Jim Palmer eating a shitload of pancakes:
More impressive than those 40-plus hot cakes is that the guy doesn’t appear to have aged in the 40-plus years since. More power to him, and to the Sun for bringing these photos into the light of day. More of this, please.
