Glad MD went Blue, even though I unfortunately live in the rural Red-state part (where 40% for Obama seems like a moral victory on some level). At least our Congressman is apparently going to be a Democrat.

I was walking home from a party in Brooklyn when it became official. I wish I could explain the scene with words but only youtube will do. This was the scene at every street corner for the 2 mile walk. Throw in some random drum circles, bottle rockets exploding over your head, and you’ve got the 360 view.

Yeah, goskins-nc, I live downtown but watch the Skins at home, so I’m of no use when it comes to the NFL Sunday bar scene. Though I have heard Hell’s Kitchen is nice.

Downtown DC was electric last night and it was like a sports title celebration, minus the drunken violence. I was at the White House at 2 am and it was truly a surreal experience. I watched thousands of people from all ages and color together in joyous unison. Dudes, it was sick.
