Nick Young’s First YouTube Jam of ‘08-09

Annual slam dunk candidate Nick Young (A.K.A. the Red Rooster, I guess*) made his preseason debut Wednesday, torching defensive stallion Bruce Bowen for 15 points on 7-for-8 shooting. And two of those 15 came on a one-handed jam that nabbed the No. 1 spot on SportsCenter’s Top 10:
Must’ve been a slow clip day. But still, there it is: the sweet sight of basketball rearing its head and coming into the air space of the United States of America. Speaking of, I contributed some pithiness to the Wiz portion of FanHouse’s Southeast preview. (Tease: It’s more of the same.)

Update: This sweet jam has sparked heated debate, with some folks saying NY dunked on Oberto, and others saying no, on means on. In my opinion …
