Cooley’s Blog Draws The Wrath of Zorn

Chris Cooley posted a picture of his penis on his blog Sunday morning. You already know that, and there’s a good chance you saw it before the Cooley brothers took it down. (If you didn’t see it, just stop what you’re doing, pull down your pants and look south — that’s basically what you missed. Unless you’re a female, in which case just turn and ask the dude in the cube next to you to follow my previous instructions.)
Team Cooley apologized and claims it was an accident; Chris was posting in the nude before the game and didn’t properly analyze a photo he took before putting it on the blog. I believe the Cooleys because a) who doesn’t blog in the nude?, b) Chris Cooley seems just dumb enough that he’d actually post his man-bits without noticing.
Jim Zorn, however, is more concerned about Cooley showing the world his playbook than his penis, as he damn well should be:
“I think the rule of thumb that I’m going to have to contend with here is that if you have your own blog, and you’re putting photos or you’re even saying anything, that nothing really should be put in there that has Redskins playbook [on it]. That goes without saying. I think Chris used a little bit of poor discretion using that type of prop, if you will.”
Well, you’d think that would go without saying. But you really can’t underestimate the stupidity of football players. So now Zorn is going to address the entire team today about what they can, and cannot, post on the internet. Hopefully Cooley will get the message and stick to posting hot photos of his wife and videos of him calling Colt Brennan “gay.”

What are they gonna do? Draft another pass-catching tight end?
And, for the record, Cooley didn’t call Colt “gay.” He called Colt’s fantasy pick “gay,” which I suppose is locker room-ese for “bad.”

1st. I can not believe that some “sports” blogs are posting the picture. The term “sports blog” is used rather loosely these days.
2nd. Can you imagine his face when he finally realized what he did? That is funny.
3rd. Can you imagine what his family is going through? That is not funny.

Here’s more humiliation. I found the picture on a site it had not been pulled from. I had to keep looking and searching really hard to see what the deal was. I even knew [it] was there and couldn’t see it!
Of course, I also have a dark monitor… so I guess I had the same problem the Cooley brothers did.
