Gil Breaks the Silence, Slams Milwaukee

Sports blogging legend Gilbert Arenas comes out of retirement with a missive about his Adidas tour blah blah blah LOOK WHAT HE SAID ABOUT HIS EX-TEAMMATE SIGNING WITH MILWAUKEE (emphasis mine):
Richard Jefferson going to Milwaukee …. HAHAHA! Oh man, now that is funny. When I heard that, I started laughing. Oh man, did I start laughing. You know why? Because every player hates Milwaukee. Nobody wants to live in Milwaukee. I’m sorry, Milwaukee, to come down hard on you, but no one in the NBA wants to play in Milwaukee.
Love the candor, as always, and it should be fun when the Wiz visit “mill-e-wah-que” next season. Speaking of, the Wizards’ roster may have two new additions in the form of first-round project LaVale JaVale McGee and baller/rapper Dee Brown. The two make their Wiz debut in the Vegas Summer League, completing a starting lineup that also includes The City, Bulletproof and The Cleaner, at least until The White Hole returns to good health. Awesome. Ivan Carter has the skinny:

Which is Algonquin for “the good land.” That is one of my favorite movies of all time. Soooooo glad Gilbert is here to stay.
