Nationals Sweep, O’s Shakedown 1979

It was a great weekend for sports, especially if you got to watch any, which I didn’t. I did, however, notice that the Nats and Orioles both won their interleague series against the Mariners and Pirates, respectfully, and the Friday night lights in Baltimore produced an image too indelible not to post:

That will look even sweeter when those jerseys say Baltimore again.
That is if Sherrell isnt traded for 3/4 of the quality prospects in the Mariners farm system.
