The Nats lost for a league-worst 14th time yesterday. This should come as no surprise because they aren’t good at playing baseball, particularly at heaving the ball from the bump in the center of the infield to the guy crouching behind the plate. On top of that, Helios hath no love for Lastings:
That has to be the most humiliating “highlight” clip ever. The closest thing to a positive in that 50-seconds of brutality was that Ayala’s pitch to Hanley Ramirez — you know, the one he hit about 420 feet — was a strike.

Oh, well yeah, we were happy they won their first three. I don’t think we were ever delusional enough to think they’d be a good team though.
