Brief Look Into the Not-So-Distant Future

    By Chris Mottram | February 13, 2008

No. 2 Duke falls to unranked Maryland, 75-66. Douchebags across North Carolina feel infinite sadness:

But hey, bro, sweet sportcoat! And keep living strong, bros. Live. Strong.

Pregame predictions! I love ‘em. I can only hope you’ve also got an “OV-ER-RAT-ED” post ready to go when Maryland’s up 10 with a minute to play.

Brahs: I didn’t make a prediction, therefore I’m not jinxing anything. This screen grab came from the future, which you should know is quite different. There are no more elephants.

I blame the loss completely on Chris Mottram. May god have mercy on your jinxing soul.

Yes, it was my fault. Had nothing to do with Vasquez attempting lay-ups from 15 feet away, and 3’s from half-court. With his eyes close.

He clearly reads this blog and was given an undue sense of confidence. JINX

Please Greivis, just pass it to Gist!
