As I watch the press conf right now, I think that this era of gibbs in DC, it will have brought stability. Before he arrived, The Dan was a fantasy football owner, over paying for players who were past their prime and not worth the money. Firing coaches, staff, etc… Now, in my opinion, I feel that with Gibbs around the last 4 years, he has gorwn as a owner and may know what it takes to win now. When the Redksins are dominate again, this might be the era or time we look back on and say, this is when it changed.
