Sean Taylor Is the NFC’s Starting Safety
By Jamie Mottram | December 18, 2007
Pro Bowl rosters have been announced, and, as a footnote to a tragedy, the Boom King is the peoples’ choice at free safety. I wonder if the NFC will play the game with 10 men on defense. I also wonder if Brian Moorman is freaking out right now.

Joining Taylor on the NFC roster as reserves are Redskins Chris Cooley and Chris Samuels. Also from Washington are alternates Mike Sellers, Clinton Portis, Rock Cartwright, London Fletcher-Baker and LaRon Landry, which seems like a lot of guys for a 7-7 team.
Update: There’s an argument brewing over who was more deserving of the 2nd reserve RB spot, Portis or Marion Barber. Portis is my man, so it’s hard to go against him, but Barber has a full yard more per carry.

Barber blows.
The way I see it, we need to hurt Richardson, Peterson, and Sharper for the season this Sunday to propel 3 more Redskins into the line up.
Paging Landry.

The NFC will play defense with 10 men, but no one will tell Wade Phillips.

Roy Williams doesn’t know how to react.
