    N.C. State Penalized 15 Yards for
    ‘Giving Him the Business’

    Thanks to commenter Elisabeth for providing video of the hilarious penalty call from today’s Maryland game:

    I’m not sure where you’d find the section in the rulebook regarding giving others the business, but there is precedent for making such a call.
