I’m not really sure what we’re looking at here. CP calls this character “Choo Choo” and hopefully video is soon to follow. It kinda looks likes like if Johnny Depp’s Willy Wonka was going to Carnival but made a pit stop in China first. Or maybe Laos. I guess this is what we get when Portis rushes for 100+:
According to Steinz, who was there for Choo-Choo’s debut today, this character has been sent to Redskins Park to teach Clinton, Santana and others how to dance.

Choo-Choo gonna take a Doo-Doo on the Eagles defense Sunday.
