The Danny Should Employ Dexter Manley
By Jamie Mottram | November 2, 2007
If we live by one rule around here, it’s this: If ever you get a chance to blog about Dexter Manley, take it. Case in point, this ad on craigslist (via Deuce of Davenport):
Stop by this Saturday between 1-3 and meet Redskin Hall of Fame Defensive End Dexter Manley! Dexter will give you FREE RENT UNTIL JANUARY 2008 if you rent this weekend! You can also enter a drawing to win an official AUTOGRAPHED NFL Throwback Jersey, Football and Autographed Pictures! Some restrictions apply!
And if we live by two rules around here, the second is this: If ever you get a chance to post a photo of a friend with Dexter Manley, take it. So here’s our buddy Andy (who you may know from the Maryland football preview) and our hero Dexter on a dinner date sometime last year.

Public Service Announcement: If you’re not familiar with No. 72, his wikipedia page will be one of the more fascinating reads of your day.

Isn’t January ‘08 like tomorrow?
Somebody please read this to Dex.

We’d send Dex an email telling him that, but he wouldn’t be able to read it

Now now, guys.
Dex has kicked that pesky illiteracy thing and grown into a slum lord. Can’t you all respect progress?
