Agent Steinz Spies Skins Throwback Unis
By Jamie Mottram | September 20, 2007
This is why The Washington Post employs Dan Steinberg as a full-time sports blogger. Not only does he share a hilarious interaction with Sean Taylor regarding the Boom King’s afro but he also unveils the Redskins throwback uniforms … in just one post!
I’d seen the 75th anniversary jersey before, because Chris already bought the damn thing, but the rest is new. Verdict: the jersey and headpiece are in, the yellow pantaloons are out. Auf wiedersehen!
The Skins are hardly the only team rocking the throwbacks, though. Pittsburgh wore theirs last week to mixed results, and the “Eagles are set to wear [the] ugliest uniforms ever on Sunday.” So not only is Washington beating Philly in the standings, but on the catwalk as well.

I know a bunch of people who whined about the Stillers’ uniforms last weekend and all I could say was, “wait until you see the eagles’ throwbacks.”
