Five Nationals took batting practice in the new stadium last week, and Just a Nats Fan was there. Follow that second link for Miss Chatter’s tremendous photo set, including this one of Wily Mo Pena at the dish.
Speaking of The Hulk, he’s done alright since coming to Washington: 8 HR and a .911 OPS in 26 games. Over a full season, that first number projects to 50 HR. Yes, 2008 looks to be a very fine year. Just look at the stadium!

Not mentioned – Wily Mo’s lack of a hard hat brought sanctions from local building inspectors, which in turn riled up the City Council.
