It’s Really Happening: Donovan McNabb In Full Redskins Uniform

Sometimes, real photography is weirder than Photoshop. This is one of those times:

Your grin, it's suddenly less shit-eating.

Update: Terl posts even more pics of McNabb in uniform.

He’s playing without a helmet this year? Awesome.

YES! Thank God the JC era is over. For those who support Campbell, citing his stats behind an atrocious line, let me remind you that a huge percentage of his completions were dumpoffs to running backs. Sexy Rexy could complete 65% of his passes if all of his throws went to running backs.

JC has no pocket presence whatsoever, can’t feel the rush, does a terrible job sliding around pressure, and is inaccurate on the deep throws that Gibbs brought him in to complete.

Mark me as one person who is just happy to see a quarterback in town who knows how to handle pressure, both in the and outside the pocket.

Looks awesome to me. JC was a good guy, but McNabb is gonna help the team win some games.

Should I also mark you as one person who was happy about seeing (in no particular order) Deion, Smith, Trotter, Stubblefield, Archuleta, Lloyd, Jason Taylor, Haynesworth, and on and on and on and on?

When will we/you/I/the Redskins learn there are no quick fixes in the NFL?

Does it really matter what the Redskins do? As long as Snyder is the owner, they will be losers!

That astroturf looks like an ACL tear waiting to happen.

You also have to love the astrotrf “green carpet” to the field. Wouldnt want any of that nasty real grass staining or cluttering up our perfect fake grass.

You think Grossman can do that? I mean, there’s no way you think McNabb is that guy do you? Did you watch any of the Championship games? How about the one Super Bowl they made it too (mostly on Jeff Garcia back)? Tell me just one game that McNabb threw the team on his back and won in the last 2 minutes? The Philly defense and Westbrook have propped him up for the last 10 years and the “media” has been terrified of saying anything bad about him ever since Limbaugh got handed his walking papers from MNF. Mark this down….
McNabb will be benched (or hurt with some turf toe excuse) by week 12. He is just another veteran non-factor Snyder is enamored with. He’s never been a great QB. He was serviceable when he took off and ran but ever since he decided he was the second coming of Joe Montana he has simply been a target for blitzing LB’s.
