DMV: Jersey Gaffe No. 2 for the Redskins

haynesworth-snuggie.jpgWaPo Skins reporter Jason Reid debuts a new feature that’s kinda like our Winners & Losers, only if Winners & Losers was written by someone embedded at Skins Park. Here’s the best part:

“After his Redskins debut, Albert Haynesworth said he removed himself from the game on at least two occasions because he couldn’t breathe. He said he felt constricted because his jersey was too small. The uniform was altered at halftime.”

You know, that jersey does look like it’d fit Ladell Bettis. So who’s to blame? Maybe the Skins staff or maybe Haynesworth himself, who failed to mention he ate an entire wedding cake before kickoff. [Redskins Insider]

What the hell is wrong in Washington that they can’t get any jerseys correct??? Bettis, Haynesworth’s snug fit, Natinals, letters falling off, those ugly Wizards jerseys. I’m expecting a “Capitols” jersey on Ovi.
